What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?
The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably, plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.

Are smoking or pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa . No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?
The villa is only 12 minutes from Walt Disney World which is one of the closest residential communities to these theme parks. Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!

Which direction does the pool face?
The villa has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun.

Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc.?
Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic unrestricted views over a lake.

How do we locate/enter the property?
Directions and keys will be sent to you before arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen and towels are provided. 

Do you have any facilities for small children?
The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a cot, highchair, as well as having safety alarms fitted on the patio doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected.

What entertainment is provided?
For young children there are a selection of toys, games, TV and videos.

Is the pool heated?
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heating from October through to May.

Are there stores near by?
There are two supermarkets only 5 minutes drive from your villa.

Are there any Restaurants nearby?
There is a multitude of small, good quality, family restaurants, plus all the national chain and world renowned restaurants to be found the length of highway 192.

What services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Who do we contact for questions/emergencies?
We have employed a professional (24 hour/7 days a week) management company to look after your every need. 

Do we pay extra for any of the equipment in the villa?
Absolutely not! The baby equipment such as high chair/cot and games/videos ... are included in the price of the villa.

How do we book?
Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
